In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Phillips; and two sisters, Carrie Welch and Mabel Eshelman.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015, at 11:00 am, at the Memory Gardens Memorial Cemetery in Ephrata, with Pastor Sandra L. Gideon officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends, at 12 pm, at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 80 E. Main Street, Adamstown.
