Obituary for Edwin L. Wagner

Edwin L.  Wagner
Edwin L. Wagner, 78, of Lititz, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2015, at his home.

He was born in Mechanicsburg to the late Paul Clyde and Ruth (Bair) Wagner and was the husband of the late Patricia Ann “Patty” (Shaner) Wagner.

Edwin was an active member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Lititz. In his earlier years he was an avid gardener, enjoyed cooking, fishing, hunting and caring for his beloved cats. Edwin was a military veteran and was retired from Mack Trucks.

Edwin is survived by 2 sons, David Wagner of Enola, Donald Wagner of Mechanicsburg; a step son Richard Nelson, husband of Gail Love of Mason, MI; a step daughter, Patricia Ann, wife of Tibor Serfozo of Atlanta, GA; step grandson, Nelson Love; step granddaughter, Amanda Marie Serfozo; a brother, Michael Wagner of Wellington, FL and sister, Lois I. Shreiner of Carlisle.

He was preceded in death by a son Edwin Wagner and brother, Robert Wagner.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13, at 2 pm, at the Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 36 Church St., Lititz, with Pastor James Roth officiating.

Memorial contributions in Edwin's memory may be made to Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 36 Church St., Lititz, PA 17543.
