Kay Lynn Wenrich, 78, of Reading, formerly of Denver, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016, at home.

He was born in Lancaster County to the late John R. and Marie (Mellinger) Wenrich.

Lynn was a US Army Reserve Veteran.

He was a member of the Fraternal order of the Orioles Nest #54, enjoyed riding motorcycles, and was an avid outdoorsman.

Lynn was a self-employed house painter.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Lisa R. Ruth, companion of Darrell Buchter, and Marla J., wife of Bruce Weaver; 2 granddaughters, Brittany Lyn Ruth and Ashlee E. Snyder; 2 great-grandsons, Damian James Snyder and Jacob David Snyder; and 2 loving caregivers, Edith F. Wenrich and Dorothy Wenrich.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Gene V. Wenrich, and 2 sisters, Karda Stover, and Esta Lorraine Hornberger.

At Lynn's request, there will be no services.
