Condolence From: Bill and La Verne Hyman
Condolence: Dear Helen,

Bill and I send our sincere sympathy to you and your family at this time of losing Bill. The obituary of his life was interesting because we didn't know of some of his experiences and accomplishments.

The mystery of life after the one we know causes a lot of contemplation, wondering about a reunion somewhere with loved ones who went before us.

All of you will be in our thoughts and prayers as you learn to live without Bill who was so central to all you've done over the years.

Sincerely,
La Verne Hyman

Condolence From: Rick Watson
Condolence: Dear Helen,

I am saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I worked for and with Bill from the mid-1960s until his retirement. He was an inspiration and an example for me. He taught me the telephone craft and a lot about life. I have many fond memories of working with Bill and the guys in the Central Office Department. I see this website has a place to share stories. I may share of few of my favorites from my years working with Bill.

Blessings,
Rick Watson

Condolence From: Peg O'Neill
Condolence: Dear Helen,
I received a phone call from Chris, telling me of Bill's death. I am so very, very sorry! You and Bill surely go in my book of life. Bill really did always answer 'terrific!!!' when asked how he was doing. I always left your home with a few good stories and a smile on my face. "Royer" always did his best to bounce back from every health 'speed bump' until, I imagine, God decided heaven needed wonderful telephone man to supervise communication in heaven. I am so very, very sorry for your loss...and ours. My prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely, Peg O'Neill

Condolence: Dear Bobbie,

I was saddened to hear of the passing of your dad. From what I read it seems he had a wonderful life and was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. My parents are both living in Ephrata Manor, in their late 80's but my mom has severe dementia and doesn't really communicate much anymore. Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time, and praying your many happy memories sustain you all. Best, Cindi
