Obituary for Ruthann Habecker

Ruthann  Habecker
Ruthann Habecker, 75, of Lititz, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Moravian Manor.

She was born in Lancaster to the late David and Florence (McCreary) Stauffer and was the wife of the late Frank G. Habecker who passed in 2007.

She was a member of Calvary Church, where she also taught the fifth grade Sunday school class.

Ruthann worked on the family farm, Stauffer Fruit Farm in Lititz. She enjoyed sewing.

Ruthann is survived by a son, David Habecker of Lititz; a daughter, Alisha, wife of Tim S. Rohrer of Lititz; 2 grandsons, Trevor and Benjamin Rohrer; a sister, Lois, wife of Robert Zink of Mountville and brother, Donald, husband of Karen Stauffer of Miller Lake, Ontario.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, from 6 to 8 PM, at Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Avenue, Ephrata. An additional viewing will be held Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 10 AM, at Millport Mennonite Church, 820 Log Cabin Road, Leola followed by funeral services at 11 AM, with Pastor Eric G. Crichton officiating. Interment will take place in the Millport Mennonite Cemetery.
