Nora Zimmerman, 94, of Ephrata, formerly of Farmersville, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Fairmount Homes.

She was born in Clay Township to the late John E. and Katie H. (Nolt) Zimmerman.

She was a member of Conestoga Mennonite Church (Groffdale Conf.).

Nora was a homemaker.

Nora is survived by a sister, Ella Mae Shirk, wife of the late Henry Shirk of New Enterprise, 2 sisters-in-law, Ella Zimmerman of Lititz, Eva Zimmerman of Lititz and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Isaac, Ivan, Norman and Aaron Zimmerman.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2017, from 2 to 6 PM at the residence of Amos Zimmerman, 51 W. Farmersville Road, Ephrata. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017, 9:00 AM at the residence of Amos Zimmerman, with further services at 9:30 AM at the Groffdale Frame Mennonite Church Cemetery, West Earl Township, with Bishop Ammon Weaver officiating. Interment will take place in the adjoining church cemetery.
