Nothing ever prepared me for today. I know that in time the pain will fade but it sure doesn't feel that way right now. I've spent so much time working at our new home while you were in the hospital and it all seems so pointless now. You are the one person I want to share the results of my work with because I know more than anyone else, you will appreciate it. I never once thought that the day you helped us move here would be the last time you would be here. I miss you dad. Say hi to Pap and Grandma. See you someday.
