Dear Nancy and family- I was saddened to hear of Ted's passing. I remember the days I worked for him when I was an Assistant Superintendent in EASD. Ted was always supportive and helpful to me, both professionally and personally. I will keep him in my heart with great fondness. I would join you in honoring his life but I am currently in Bethlehem. I send you warm thoughts and prayers from the Holy Land and hope that you are sustained in the love of those whose lives Ted touched. Sandi Hoover
