I will never forget the wonderful hospitality provided by Sally & Jay on our many visits to their Frisco, Co. home in winter months to go skiing.  They always provided every possible comfort & the food was outstanding.  One year my son, Wesley, came along.  I believe we were skiing at Loveland that day & Wes & I would be skiing longer than Sally & Jay.  I had a rental car so Sally & I rode together in the rental car, Wesley & Jay rode together.  Jay put his ski boots on before leaving the house & drove his car over the Dillon Dam road which was snowy.  As I recall he ignored the speed limit & didn't let any grass grow under the tires.  Wesley saw his life flash before him!  They made it safe & sound to the Ski Area at Loveland.  I have never seen anyone drive a car on a public road or highway wearing ski boots other than Jay.  He was pretty amazing!
