Dear Helen, I am saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I worked for and with Bill from the mid-1960s until his retirement. He was an inspiration and an example for me. He taught me the telephone craft and a lot about life. I have many fond memories of working with Bill and the guys in the Central Office Department. I see this website has a place to share stories.
